In 2015 I was Head of Marketing and Communications for TEDxSydney, managing and driving strategic marketing and communications for the event, as well as overseeing the execution of plans by team members responsible for media engagement, social media, website content, design and photography.
In 2016, I led the TEDxSydney Satellites program, a network of local, self-organised events that bring people together to share in their own TED-like experience – connected via livestream technology and social media to the main TEDxSydney event at the Sydney Opera House. The program grew from 116 registered TEDxSydney Satellite locations around Australia and the world in 2015, to 287 in 2016.
Since January 2017, I have represented TEDxSydney within the global TEDx community as TEDx Community Engagement Manager, facilitating relationships and connections between TEDxSydney and organisers of 3,000+ TEDx events worldwide.
